Two Great Premieres Tonight

Both MTV and VH1 have premieres of new shows tonight.
On MTV you can catch the all new season of America’s Best Dance Crew at 10PM EST. The 3rd season of the mega hit dance competition will get things started with a 90 minute special. Nine fabulous new crews will take the stage in the hopes of proving which one has the best dance moves, the most heart and of course the swagger of champions. This season will feature more demanding challenges and prove to be the most physically demanding season so far. That means the crews will be tested like never before as this season 3 promises to deliver more incredible stories and heart-stopping routines. All of this and more leads up to the live finale where one well deserving crew will be crowned America’s Best Dance Crew.
Over at VH1 the Celebrity Rehab spin off Sober House premieres tonight at 10PM EST. Sober House will follow the following previous Celebrity Rehabbers Steven Adler, Seth ”Shifty” Binzer, Andy Dick, Mary Carey, Rodney King, Niki McKibbin, Amber Smith, and Jennifer Gimenez, as they deal with their recovery. The cast will move into a group house type setting in the hopes of helping the transition from rehab to real life a little bit easier. Of course there will be one on one meetings and group therapy with Dr. Drew to help them stay on the recovery path. Viewers will see first hand the struggles these celebrities go through in order to find a path to a much happier and fulfilling life. Tune in to find out who can make it and who is on the brink of losing their sobriety.
