From Gymnast To Reality Star
Word on the street is that Alicia Sacramone, former captain of the United Sates Women’s Gymnastics, team apparently has a reality show in development. Alicia is interested in working with a designer or perhaps working with teenage girls to help them with total lifestyle makovers. The show does not have a home yet but Alicia 
herself says that will probably end up on Style, A&E or Bravo. As you all know the 2008 Beijing Olympics were Alicia’s last as a gymnast so it looks like she needed to do something new to keep herself in the spotlight. Now I have to say that I like Alicia and I felt so bad for her when she had so much trouble during the Olympics. She is a very talented gymnast. I personally would like to see Alicia come out with a show where she works for a designer. It could be like what The Hills was when it was not fake, you know for the first season. However I think it would be cool and something not yet done in reality TV if she did some sort of show related to gymnastics, but I can see why she wants to do something different. If she really is done with gymnastics, on a competition level anyway, then she will kind of need to reinvent herself. Hey if Lauren Conrad can have a show about “fashion” then I say Alicia should be given a chance to prove herself. What do you think, would you watch a show starring Alicia Sacramone?

I would so watch Alicia’s show. She was one of my favorite gymnast’s in the olympics this summer. I think she is a very beautiful girl filled with many talents and deserves a chance like this.
