“DWTS”: Week 7 Results

So on Monday night we saw some great performances but to put it plainly, some were better than others. But just barely because we are getting into the part of the show were pretty much everyone is a fantastic dancer. And I genuinely enjoy everyone that is left so I don’t feel like there’s anyone to root against. Which is nice, but it makes these results shows kind of sad because I hate to see anyone leave.
Anyhow, here are some recaps if you need to catch up:
Tuesday was a rather short results show. And there was a somber mood owing to Marie Osmond’s tragedy. If you haven’t heard, her father passed away that morning and she had to fly back to Utah to be with the rest of her family. So she was of course absent from the results show. The good news, however, is that she was safe from elimination as Samantha pointed out right away and she will be back for the rest of the competition. Geesh, this is the second family member that has died during this show, you can’t help but wonder what is next.
The important thing from this elimination show was that the bottom two were Jennie and Derek and Jane and Tony. Thankfully, Jennie was safe from elimination and that’s the way it should be because she really has some good potential in this competition. Of course, that meant that Jane Seymour was going home. I’m sad for it, because I enjoy Jane quite a bit but her performance lately has been quite a bit behind the other dancers. She was the logical choice but I’ll miss her presence on the show from here on out.
